November 13th, 2018: PSD is continuing to review the 75% drawing set.
November 6th, 2018:
The project manager received the permit set of drawings and is distributing them to the team for review of the AV, electrical, and mechanical systems. 
October 23rd, 2018:
On last Friday our director of Educational Planning presented the floor plan to the staff.
October 2nd, 2018:
PSD has received the 35% drawings. The team is getting very close to a locked down floorplan.
September 11th, 2018:
PSD and Mahlum Architects met late last week to discuss last minute floorplan changes to the library and existing admin area.
August 28th, 2018:
The architects and PSD are working to hone in on the final budget.
July 24th, 2018:
The project manager and internal teams are preparing their comments on the DD set (design development). 
June 5th, 2018: The project manager and director of educational planning are meeting with the Pope staff on Friday morning. The project manager received the 50% DD from the architects and is starting to go through it.
May 29th, 2018:
The architects at Mahlum are working hard to get the 50% DD printed in two weeks.
May 15th, 2018:
We did infiltration testing last week. We also had our leadership meeting and work out some of the fine details. 
May 8th, 2018:
We have a leadership meeting this afternoon to go through the latest concepts.
April 24th, 2018:
We had a meeting with department directors (maintenance transportation special education, and food service). We got some great feedback on our building plans.
March 27th, 2018:
On Thursday we are presenting to our internal team of directors about the project.
March 20th, 2018: We're doing Value Engineering this week. We met with the team yesterday for a few hours and walked the construction site. Design development is scheduled to kick off on 4/2.
March 12th, 2018: We have our schematic documents. Our next Design Advisory Team meeting is coming up in early April. 
March 6th, 2018: We have Value Engineering scheduled to start a week from Monday.
February 27th, 2018: We're finishing up schematic design and the plans are at the cost estimator now. We're meeting with our architect this week to go over everything, and we'll meet with our internal department directors to go over the schematic design at the end of March.
December 12th, 2017: We are kicking off schematic design on Monday. The team is trying to finalize the traffic study we did so we can continue to move forward with that.
November 28th, 2017: There's a meeting on 11/29 to go through final posturing for preliminary design.
November 14th, 2017: We are continuing to work on concepts. We have not yet jumped into full schematic design. We had a community meeting and 13 were in attendance. Most attendees were neighbors that had questions regarding the construction process. The team did our best to address any questions or concerns.
October 30th, 2017: We received the 75% completed CD set on 10/13/17. It was distributed to our internal teams for review and comments.
